All appraisals are prepared by an Appraisal institute of Canada (AIC) certified appraiser in accordance with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP) and provide valuations that meet the needs of lenders, legal professionals, and private home owners.
Axiom Appraisals was founded by Brian Storozinski P.App., CRA, who is a designated member of the AIC. With extensive experience in rural, waterfront and unique residential properties you can be assured that all appraisals are based on sound market knowledge and produce well-informed and reliable value estimates. Brian also holds an Master's Degree in Urban Planning and has extensive municipal experience in planning and land management.
